Fabrication and Characterization of Antimony doped Iron oxide Nanoparticles

چکیده

Antimony oxide (Sb2O3) and Antimony-doped iron (Sb-Fe2O3) nanomaterials of different (2 &3 %) concentrations were fabricated by wet synthesis technique characterized FTIR, XRD XRF techniques, respectively. X-RD results showed uniform Iron nanocrystals almost 15 nm, whereas FTIR employed to detect elemental composition in doped samples.
